Description

You will own end-to-end design execution across NexHealth's most critical surfaces, leading product scope and influencing technical architecture through superior UX clarity. Design sets the direction—you'll craft experiences that make users feel confident and delighted, making NexHealth known for design excellence.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of end-to-end product design ownership
• Deep experience in SaaS, platform, or API-heavy environments preferred
• Strong product intuition and ability to lead product strategy through design
• World-class taste and systems thinking
• Ruthlessly reduce friction and solve for clarity over cleverness

Responsibilities

• End-to-end UX design across NexHealth payments (research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, final UI)
• Lead product scope and shape technical implementation through design-first thinking
• Collaborate tightly with PMs and Engineers as a co-equal product builder
• Build and evolve design systems and scalable UI standards
• Champion user clarity, accessibility, and precision across every surface
