💼 About This Role

You'll build scalable enablement programs that equip Enterprise AEs, Commercial AEs, and SDRs with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to translate product updates into sales-ready narratives. This role is based in New York.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver enablement programs and playbooks.
  • Onboard new sales hires and accelerate ramp time.
  • Create sales collateral and competitive battlecards.
  • Maintain a structured library of enablement content.

📋 Requirements

  • 2–3 years experience in Sales Enablement or B2B SaaS GTM role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and buying cycles.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience building content that impacts sales productivity.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of observability, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
