You'll provide home health visits to clients in Richmond to Keene, New Hampshire. You'll follow care plans, administer medications, and perform wound care, ensuring high-quality patient care while enjoying work-life balance and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to managers

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
