💼 About This Role

You'll act as the bridge between customer business problems and Databricks' technical solutions, owning the non-technical lifecycle of FDE engagements. You'll define pilot MVPs, write PRDs, and drive agile execution to deliver multi-million dollar AI outcomes for strategic customers. This founding team role offers direct CEO-level sponsorship and high visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform deep discovery to map customer organization and quantify business value
• Define pilot MVP, success criteria, and timeline with C-suite stakeholders
• Author PRDs and prioritize engineering backlog as product manager
• Manage agile delivery, escalate issues, and coordinate stakeholder communication
• Own launch day, drive adoption, and identify next engagement opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in client-facing product or delivery roles at top tech companies or consultancies
• Proven experience in value-based scoping (TCO/ROI) and agile project management
• Ability to write PRDs and drive software development without being an engineer
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites
