🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and onboard new channel partners aligned with sales goals
• Develop joint business plans with distributors and resellers
• Drive partner enablement and training for self-sufficiency
• Manage two-tier distribution strategy and partner pipeline

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of channel management sales experience
• 3+ years of experience in storage solutions
• Strong experience with Veeam or Commvault partner ecosystem
• Knowledge of the VAR and SI storage channel in the region
