  • Lead and manage a large multidisciplinary team including supervisors.
  • Define and execute operational strategies for Care Advocacy services.
  • Translate clinical, operational, and business needs into technical requirements.
  • Oversee care delivery performance and identify improvement opportunities.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • 5+ years of business experience in healthcare operations or strategic planning.
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
  • Experience with healthcare systems like Epic, Cerner, Salesforce, or Athena.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or MBA.
  • Experience in clinical settings and care delivery workflows.
  • Experience in digital health, consumer engagement, or product/technology environments.
