Description

You will lead a blended team of Customer Success Advisors and Technical Leads to drive customer adoption, value realization, and retention in the healthcare technology sector. Act as the Customer Success subject matter expert for PerfectServe solutions, collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar SaaS leadership role
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Proven track record driving customer retention and revenue growth
  • Strong technical acumen and troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a blended team of CSAs and TLs
  • Drive customer adoption, value realization, and renewal readiness
  • Serve as Customer Success SME for PerfectServe solutions
  • Engage directly with a portfolio of accounts for strategic reviews
  • Oversee technical operations and escalate issues to Engineering and Support
