💼 About This Role

You'll architect the core strategy for PrizePicks' platform, owning the long-term vision and roadmap for the player journey. You'll drive strategy up to the boardroom, present to executives, and build a world-class team of Product Managers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own long-term vision and strategic roadmap for core platform
• Present product health and roadmap progress to executive team
• Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing Product Management team
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Fraud, Compliance, and Legal

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• Experience in at least two of: Payments/Fintech, Identity/Onboarding, Regulatory Compliance, Fraud, or Growth/Acquisition
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop top-tier product talent
• Comfort with complex data sets and financial modeling
