💼 About This Role

You'll drive the product strategy and execution for regulated stablecoin issuance at a crypto bank. You'll partner with major U.S. banks and ecosystem players to scale institutional-grade stablecoin solutions. This role sits at the intersection of traditional finance and programmable digital money.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical sales and implementation with banks
• Build and strengthen the partner ecosystem
• Ensure institutional-grade compliance and operations
• Collaborate with engineering on product features

📋 Requirements

• Proven ability to run cross-functional programs in regulated environments
• Strong track record shipping complex fintech/banking products
• Excellent stakeholder management with executive-level partners
• Bias for ownership and execution in ambiguous environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with stablecoin issuance or institutional crypto infrastructure
• Experience building platform products and partner ecosystems
• Prior work with federally regulated financial institutions
