Your work will drive brand presence across digital and traditional channels to attract top medical talent. - Design and execute physician recruitment campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct ongoing market research on physician recruitment trends.
- Refresh job ad copy and messaging across recruitment platforms.
- Drive brand messaging and content updates on company website.
- Organize and lead video production at physician retreats.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing experience with campaign strategy focus.
- Healthcare and/or physician recruiting marketing experience required.
- Proven track record managing successful marketing campaigns (portfolio required).
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms.
- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with video production for recruitment content.
- Familiarity with social media management for employer branding.
- Knowledge of direct mail marketing channels.
