You'll profile and resolve reimbursement issues for assigned payors, using data analytics to derive insights and improve business performance. You'll identify trends and prioritize initiatives that enhance revenue and reduce denials. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with finance, billing, and product teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Profile and research payor reimbursement issues
• Develop strategies to improve reimbursement and reduce denials
• Create management reports and custom dashboards
• Analyze payor behavior to optimize performance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience in revenue cycle or claim analysis
• Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, modifier selection, and UB revenue codes
