🎯 What You'll Do

• Map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide
• Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural fit
• Own the full candidate journey from discovery to close
• Improve hiring workflows and collaborate with founders and team leads

📋 Requirements

• 3 years minimum in recruitment with 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in AI recruitment or familiarity with AI space
• Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader TA initiatives
