💼 About This Role

You'll own the full accounting cycle for a medical AI platform during an exciting growth phase. Your core impact is establishing internal controls and driving month-end close. This role is fully remote with a supportive, award-winning team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end accounting cycles and month-end close procedures
• Own AP process, billing, and accounts receivable
• Perform variance analyses on monthly results
• Act as liaison with external tax and audit vendors

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in AP and general ledger accounting
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
• Hands-on experience applying ASC 606 in a SaaS environment
• Proven experience with Maxio
