You'll work in Picnic's trading team to analyze data, negotiate with suppliers, and shape the product assortment. You'll drive category performance using internal data and customer feedback. This role offers a fast-paced environment with hands-on responsibility from day one.

• Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and pricing data
• Prepare and support supplier negotiations
• Manage operational tasks like product data verification
• Identify patterns and derive optimization measures

📋 Requirements

• Completed or near-completed Master's degree in economics or analytics
• First experience in FMCG or retail in commercial or analytical role
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent German and English skills
