🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, develop, and inspire a team through coaching and performance management.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by leading from the front and empowering the team.
• Manage cafe operations including ordering, scheduling, payroll, and banking.
• Drive performance metrics for sales, guest satisfaction, and sustainability goals.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of retail/hospitality experience, preferably in coffee/food/beverage.
• 2+ years leadership experience managing a team of 10+ people.
• Proven experience in hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

✨ Nice to Have

• Blue Bottle Barista Essentials training validation.
• Food Safety Certification for the state.
