Description

As a Robot Manufacturing Intern, you will contribute to the production and scaling of Neuralink's advanced surgical robotic systems. You'll gain hands-on experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment, focusing on process improvement, tooling design, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering or related field
• Demonstrated passion for hands-on technical work, manufacturing, or robotics
• Strong understanding of physics and mathematics
• Detail-oriented and organized in high-precision environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembly, testing, and documentation of robotic components and systems
• Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing workflows
• Create and maintain work instructions, process flow diagrams, and SOPs
• Design jigs, fixtures, and production aids to streamline assembly and inspection
• Perform in-process quality checks and support failure analysis
