You'll manage and scale affiliate partnerships in the USA insurance market (Auto, Health, Life, Personal Loans). You'll drive performance marketing campaigns, optimize lead quality, and ensure compliance with industry standards in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates in the US insurance space
• Manage CPA/CPL campaigns and negotiate payouts
• Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns
• Analyze traffic sources and improve lead quality

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in affiliate or performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of USA insurance vertical (Auto, ACA, Medicare, Life)
• Experience with CPL/CPA/Pay-per-call models
• Familiarity with tracking tools (Tune, Everflow, CAKE, Voluum)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with pay-per-call and lead gen campaigns
• Existing affiliate network or publisher connections
• Knowledge of lead validation and call center flows
