• Assist customers with ticket purchases via cash, credit, and vouchers.
• Manage will-call and guest list distribution.
• Answer telephone inquiries about shows and tickets.
• Reconcile sales and will-call receipts.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Experience with cash handling and credit card payments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
