💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the domain expert for cables/harness commodities, leading strategic sourcing and supply chain resilience for a defense technology company. You'll own end-to-end supplier relationships and negotiate key agreements to drive cost reduction and quality improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute commodity strategies for cables/harness focusing on cost reduction and quality.
  • Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing process for cables/harness.
  • Own supplier performance management including delivery, quality, cost, and innovation metrics.
  • Negotiate key agreements with suppliers for pricing, quality, flexibility, and service terms.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain commodity management of cables/harness/connectors/capacitors.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Ability to relocat to Costa Mesa, CA for onsite work.
