💼 About This Role

You'll support the end-to-end employee lifecycle in a global FinTech company, handling HR operations and talent acquisition. You'll drive process automation using AI tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Italian labor law.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain employee data across HR systems with GDPR compliance
• Support HR administration including contracts, payroll inputs, and onboarding
• Assist with recruitment activities and ATS management
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline HR processes

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Humanities, Digital Humanities, Economics, Law, or related fields
• 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL regulations
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Zucchetti)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for HR reporting
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, Power Query)
