You will ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating technical assistance requests primarily by phone, maintaining service standards, and escalating issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Previous customer service experience a plus
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts for 24x7 coverage

Responsibilities

  • Achieve at least 75% immediate response to customer inquiries
  • Record accurate customer and call details in database
  • Notify support managers of issues affecting service
  • Balance daily distribution of incoming support inquiries
  • Escalate policy conflicts to management
