You will ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating technical assistance requests primarily by phone, maintaining service standards, and escalating issues as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Willingness to work rotating shifts for 24x7 coverage
Responsibilities
- Achieve at least 75% immediate response to customer inquiries
- Record accurate customer and call details in database
- Notify support managers of issues affecting service
- Balance daily distribution of incoming support inquiries
- Escalate policy conflicts to management
