Description

You will assess and coach job seekers, connecting them to training and employment opportunities in high-demand industries. You'll work with diverse populations to overcome barriers and achieve self-sufficiency through workforce programs like WIOA and PATH.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Knowledge of workforce programs (WIOA, FAE T, PATH, RESEA, TAA, Wagner-Peyser)
• Strong collaboration and team-working skills
• Ability to engage with diverse populations including low-income individuals, youth, and offenders
• Proficiency in data entry and file management

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate customers for high-demand industry alignment and training opportunities
• Provide career coaching, resume assistance, mock interviews, and supportive services
• Resolve barriers for disadvantaged participants and connect them to training and employment
• Perform timely data entry, maintain accurate participant files, and conduct monthly audits
• Conduct outreach and recruitment for program participants
