🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage relationships with insurers and partners on product terms.
• Negotiate pricing, coverage, and conditions for corporate health plans.
• Support sales teams with technical information and competitive positioning.
• Monitor product performance and support adjustments to portfolios.

📋 Requirements

• Ongoing or completed degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience in corporate benefits market (insurers, brokers, consultancies).
• Strong relationship and negotiation skills with a collaborative approach.
• Organization and attention to detail in managing contractual information.
