🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise clients on capital markets and finance transformation best practices
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for complex transactions
• Lead discussions with client stakeholders across multiple workstreams
• Oversee preparation of executive reporting materials and status updates

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years experience in audit or financial advisory services
• Prior experience in a project management role in professional services
• Proven ability to lead projects to completion within scope, timeline, and budget

✨ Nice to Have

• Active CPA license or equivalent
• Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP)
• Knowledge of capital markets transactions and public company requirements
