Description

Lead Payoneer's New York-based Banking Operations team, overseeing payment processing, reconciliations, and liquidity management. You'll drive operational excellence, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure readiness for new products and growth, reporting to the Senior Director of Banking Operations.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years in banking operations, payments, or fintech with people management
• Strong understanding of payment flows, cross-border settlement, and operational controls
• Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced global environments
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach to performance improvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the New York Banking Operations team
• Oversee end-to-end payment processing, reconciliations, and exception management
• Serve as primary regional escalation point for complex operational issues
• Partner with Treasury for funding, settlement, and liquidity management
• Drive process improvements for efficiency, scalability, and control
