💼 About This Role

You'll lead power-forward development deals for a growing portfolio of data center projects at Rowan Digital Infrastructure. You'll drive end-to-end site development from early diligence through construction commencement. This role is integral to shaping and executing Rowan's development strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive power-forward development deals by identifying and structuring projects with critical power infrastructure
• Lead end-to-end site development for a portfolio of data center projects
• Negotiate key agreements including land acquisitions and development agreements
• Direct cross-functional evaluation of potential sites with engineering, legal, and planning teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 12+ years leading large-scale site development projects
• Proven track record in commercial real estate brokerage with experience in site selection and property acquisition
• Proven success in negotiating commercial agreements including land control and energy agreements
• Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives with responsibility for budgets and risk management

• Experience with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) and utilities
• Proficiency in environmental due diligence and permitting for large-scale developments
• Strong financial and commercial acumen evaluating ROI of large capital investments
