Description

You will lead and enhance governance frameworks for BSA/AML and OFAC programs, drive executive reporting and regulatory materials, and manage the full policy lifecycle. You'll partner cross-functionally to strengthen controls, develop KPIs, and support audits in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of work experience
• CAMS, CFCS, CRCM, or similar certification
• Experience in fintech, bank, or high-growth regulated environment
• Familiarity with enterprise risk management frameworks and control documentation
• Experience building executive or Board-level reporting materials

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance governance frameworks for BSA/AML and OFAC programs
• Drive governance routines, executive reporting, committee materials, and escalation processes
• Track, analyze, and report on program risks, issues, remediation plans, and control effectiveness
• Draft, update, and maintain BSA/AML and OFAC policies, standards, and procedures
• Manage full policy lifecycle including version control, periodic reviews, and regulatory change assessment
