๐ผ About This Role
You'll triage support tickets and build internal tooling to scale Flex's HSA/FSA payment platform. Your work will reduce friction for merchants and customers. This role blends hands-on support with engineering projects at a fast-growing startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Triage and respond to merchant and customer tickets via Slack and Pylon
- Contribute to internal tooling using Retool, Metabase, and SQL
- Partner with Engineering to test new features and backend fixes
- Build and maintain internal documentation for support workflows
๐ Requirements
- Foundational understanding of APIs, JSON, and Postman
- Experience with Retool or similar internal tooling platforms
- Strong written communication skills and customer-first mindset

- Experience with SQL and data analysis
- Familiarity with HSA/FSA payment processing
