You'll triage support tickets and build internal tooling to scale Flex's HSA/FSA payment platform. Your work will reduce friction for merchants and customers. This role blends hands-on support with engineering projects at a fast-growing startup.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Triage and respond to merchant and customer tickets via Slack and Pylon
  • Contribute to internal tooling using Retool, Metabase, and SQL
  • Partner with Engineering to test new features and backend fixes
  • Build and maintain internal documentation for support workflows

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Foundational understanding of APIs, JSON, and Postman
  • Experience with Retool or similar internal tooling platforms
  • Strong written communication skills and customer-first mindset

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with SQL and data analysis
  • Familiarity with HSA/FSA payment processing
