💼 About This Role

You'll join Esri's centralized Accessibility Team to drive accessibility innovation across ArcGIS products. Your work will directly impact diverse user communities by embedding accessibility best practices throughout the Software Development Lifecycle. You'll also engage with a global community through events and publications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate product accessibility evaluations and create ACRs based on VPATs
• Advance accessibility testing strategies across web, desktop, and mobile platforms
• Enhance accessibility testing infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes environments
• Coordinate accessibility resources, events, and engage with the global community

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with current global accessibility standards like WCAG and Revised Section 508
• Experience with accessibility testing best practices on at least one software platform
• Experience with manual/automated accessibility evaluation using assistive technologies such as screen readers

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS software
• Experience with agile software development methodologies
• Practical knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript or desktop programming languages like C#
