You'll provide outpatient PT services in patients' homes using Luna's tech platform. You'll escape high-volume clinics with 1:1 patient care and minimal admin work. This role offers autonomy and flexible scheduling.

• Provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy to patients in their homes
• Document patient visits via phone call using Luna Auto-Charting
• Manage your own schedule with no productivity requirements
• Receive direct deposit payments instantly via app

📋 Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable personal transportation for mobile visits
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS certification
