💼 About This Role
You'll own the full marketing lifecycle at Pump, from email and lifecycle programs to SEO and performance marketing. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive measurable growth across every stage of the funnel. This role offers real scope and meaningful ownership at a fast-growing startup.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own email marketing lifecycle, nurture sequences, and performance optimization.
- Deploy SEO and programmatic channels for scalable acquisition.
- Manage performance analytics and attribution infrastructure.
- Launch and optimize demand generation campaigns across paid and organic channels.
📋 Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or devtools marketing.
- Demonstrated experience owning lifecycle and email marketing built from scratch.
- Strong analytical background in attribution, funnel metrics, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with GTM and growth marketing execution end-to-end.
✨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads.
- Startup or high-growth company experience.
- Technical SEO and programmatic channel experience.
