🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team developing credit and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with squad leadership on growth strategy

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in unsecured lending in Spain
• Deep understanding of lending economics and underwriting strategies
• Strong analytical skills with SQL as a must-have
• Experience developing and leading analytical teams
