💼 About This Role

You'll lead the QA/QC framework for mechanical systems on a large semiconductor construction project, including high-purity process piping and HVAC installations. Your core impact will be establishing quality documentation workflows and ensuring compliance across contractors and subcontractors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the Mechanical QA/QC Plan for process piping and HVAC systems.
• Oversee implementation and enforcement of the Quality Plan across subcontractors.
• Establish and maintain QA/QC documentation structure for weld logs, inspection reports, NCRs.
• Coordinate HVAC-specific quality verifications and system walkdowns.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of QA/QC experience in mechanical and process piping systems.
• In-depth understanding of high-purity mechanical systems and HVAC systems.
• Proven experience setting up structured quality documentation for large-scale construction.
• Working knowledge of ASME B31.3, SMACNA, AWS D18, and ISO cleanroom protocols.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, or Bluebeam.
• CWI certification or equivalent QA/QC credential.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
