💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end integrity of WorkWhile's most complex operational workflows and drive VMS integration architecture. You'll design the commercial and policy controls that make enterprise growth sustainable and profitable.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as operational owner for VMS integrations, holding Product and Engineering accountable
• Translate operational pain points into clear product requirements
• Design policy framework for enterprise operations and commercial terms
• Rebuild reconciliation processes with data science and Finance

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in BizOps, strategy & operations, or technical program management
• Strong analytical foundation comfortable with SQL or working closely with data teams
• Experience owning or driving systems integrations in a non-engineering capacity
• Demonstrated ability to design operational controls and policy frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in staffing, workforce management, or VMS platforms
• Experience with billing operations and commercial controls
• Familiarity with API documentation or webhook architecture
