🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform in-home evaluations and develop care plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants following care plans.
• Help patients with mobility and regaining independence.
• Communicate and coordinate with patients' physicians.

📋 Requirements

• Current unrestricted CA Physical Therapist License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Knowledge of local community resources

• Experience with high acuity patients
