π― What You'll Do
- Own Americas field marketing strategy aligned with enterprise revenue goals.
- Manage teams for field marketing, regional campaigns, and partner marketing.
- Establish performance metrics focused on pipeline generation and revenue impact.
- Partner with Sales leadership on territory planning and pipeline inspection.
π Requirements
- 12+ years of B2B marketing experience including senior leadership roles.
- Proven success building and scaling field marketing teams and programs.
- Experience leading regional or multi-market field marketing organizations.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in Salesforce or Tableau.

- Experience across North America and Latin America.
- Knowledge of enterprise go-to-market strategies in B2B SaaS.
- Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
