Description

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants, helping them navigate the rental process using the Avail platform. You will develop deep product knowledge, guide customers through phone and email, and troubleshoot issues to drive value for users.

Requirements

  • Deep passion to help others and humanize customer service
  • At least 1 year of high volume inbound call experience
  • At least 2 years in customer-facing roles
  • Expert written and oral communication
  • Experience with fast-growth tech company preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep knowledge of Avail products and services
  • Guide and support customers through phone and email
  • Troubleshoot issues of low to medium complexity
  • Answer questions about listing, applying, leases, and ACH payments
  • Identify and create self-help solutions for customers and team
