You'll own customer-facing engagements end-to-end for a leading AI revenue platform. You'll drive delivery quality, predictability, and customer satisfaction across complex programs. This role emphasizes hands-on delivery leadership without people management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer engagements from pre-sales scoping through handover.
• Define governance artifacts: delivery plans, risk registers, decision logs.
• Lead structured cadences including internal syncs and executive reviews.
• Manage scope changes through structured change requests.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in program management or enterprise project delivery.
• Enterprise, customer-facing engagement experience as an individual contributor.
• SaaS, B2B, or implementation services experience preferred.
• Pre-sales scoping, estimation, or SOW creation involvement.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira, Rocketlane, or similar PM tools.
• Conflict management maturity.
• Estimation and financial acumen.
