💼 About This Role

You'll lead the search strategy and execution for Tubi's streaming platform, owning the end-to-end search experience for 300,000+ titles. Your work will directly impact how millions of viewers discover content, driving search relevance and user engagement through data-driven experimentation and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for Search
• Own the core end-to-end Search experience including query entry and results
• Partner with ML, engineering, data science, and design teams
• Lead experimentation to improve search quality and user outcomes

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience
• Experience with search, discovery, or recommendation systems
• Strong understanding of retrieval, ranking, relevance, and query intent
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation

• Experience in streaming media or consumer entertainment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred
