You'll load and unload parts in a powder coating facility, preparing and moving materials through the production line. Your work ensures quality finishes in a fast-paced team environment. This role offers overtime on Fridays with a 1st shift schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Load and unload parts onto powder coating line
• Prepare and move parts through production system
• Inspect finished parts for quality and defects
• Maintain clean and organized work area

📋 Requirements

• Ability to stand for entire shift (10+ hours)
• Comfortable with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail for quality checks
• Reliable attendance for 1st shift schedule

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Familiarity with powder coating or painting processes
• Previous line loader experience
