🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform advanced technical repairs on commercial HVAC systems
• Serve as CMMS lead to track work orders
• Provide technical mentorship to maintenance team
• Monitor CMMS dashboard and assign preventive maintenance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
• Physical proficiency including expert brazing and rigging skills
• Software comfort with mobile CMMS apps

• NATE certification
• OSHA 10 or 30 Construction Safety certification
