You'll onboard new customers onto Workato's integration platform and help them achieve value quickly through technical consulting and best practices. You'll lead solution design and drive platform adoption across diverse industries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard customers with technical consulting and enablement.
• Gather integration requirements and lead solution design.
• Share best practices for deployment, governance, and integration.
• Conduct post-onboarding health checks and optimization guidance.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience in solutions consulting.
• Integration platform experience (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft).
• Understanding of SQL and database technologies.
• Knowledge of SDLC and integration troubleshooting.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud business apps like Workday or Salesforce.
• Web development framework knowledge (JS frontend/backend).
• Experience with OEM or embedded SaaS solutions.
