You'll drive top-of-funnel pipeline for the Care Partnerships team through high-volume cold outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn. You'll book qualified meetings with care management leaders at health systems nationwide. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a function that didn't exist six months ago.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive top-of-funnel pipeline through high-volume cold outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Book qualified intro meetings with care management leaders at health systems
• Qualify prospects against ideal customer profile and ensure clean handoffs to BD team
• Build and maintain target contact lists across assigned territories

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year in high-volume outbound role (BDR, SDR, inside sales)
• Track record of hitting activity and meeting targets
• Comfortable with cold calling as primary channel
• Organized and disciplined about logging activity in real time
