Description
You will own and continuously improve core transactional finance processes including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll, while driving efficiency, automation, and strong internal controls as the business scales. Leading a team of three, you'll report into the Group Financial Controller and work closely with People and Commercial teams.
Requirements
- Strong academic or professional background demonstrating numeracy
- Proven experience in AP, AR, and payroll in fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with finance systems like Tipalti, Payhawk, Sage Intacct preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Proactive continuous-improvement mindset
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Accounts Payable process
- Lead migration of AP platform from Tipalti to new solution
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, billing, and cash collection
- Own Group payroll operations end-to-end
- Design and implement strong financial controls
