💼 About This Role

You'll lead main component exchange projects for wind turbines, supervising field work on-site with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Your core impact includes performing up-tower repairs and diagnostics on major components like generators and gearboxes. This role involves 100% travel to various wind farm sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead lifting operations of equipment at heights over 250'
• Perform safe and efficient repairs to wind turbine electrical systems
• Conduct Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) as an Authorized Person
• Document work and provide feedback for safety and quality improvements

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of direct product experience on one or more platforms
• Direct turbine specific experience required
• Ability to read and interpret schematics by various Wind Turbine manufacturers
• Main Component Exchange (MCE) experience required
