💼 About This Role

You'll act as the primary field resource for CISO Advantage MSP partners in your region, capturing feedback and enabling successful deployments. You'll drive partner enablement and end-user adoption through structured programs and playbooks. This role combines product strategy with hands-on partner support in a global cybersecurity leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Capture partner and customer feedback on product usability and feature gaps.
• Submit regular regional feedback reports covering adoption blockers and competitive intel.
• Serve as primary field resource for MSP partners needing product knowledge and positioning support.
• Help partners develop structured onboarding and delivery playbooks for CISO Advantage.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in a cybersecurity-related role (pre-sales, partner success, channel enablement, security consulting, or vendor field role).
• Experience working with or within an MSP, channel partner, or VAR environment.
• Exposure to security programme management, GRC, or vCISO service delivery.
• Experience in a product feedback, customer success, or voice-of-customer role within B2B SaaS or security vendor.
