💼 About This Role

You'll perform non-invasive prenatal testing for inherited disorders as part of a high-complexity CLIA team. Your work will directly improve outcomes for severe genetic conditions through early detection. You'll join a category-defining company on a mission to make diagnostics accessible to all.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform clinical laboratory assays for disease diagnosis and treatment
• Run quality control studies to ensure data accuracy
• Calibrate lab instruments and document performance data
• Contribute to troubleshooting and process improvement

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical or biological sciences
• California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (CGMBS or Generalist)
• 0-2 years of CLS experience in a clinical setting
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Word, Excel and LIMS systems
