Description

You will join a dedicated clinical team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions. Your work will help close the gender health gap by offering personalized, virtual-first care that includes hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication management.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state (multiple states preferred)
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years of recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care for women in midlife via telehealth
• Deliver personalized treatment plans including hormonal therapy and lifestyle coaching
• Order labs, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals as needed
• Participate in weekly clinical education to maintain expertise
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes
