💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership at BoxLunch's Arrowhead Towne Center location, leveraging your pop culture fandom to train new recruits and drive sales. You'll help maintain daily operations and ensure an amazing customer experience while contributing to our mission of eliminating hunger.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cover sales floor and provide leadership when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds
