You'll lead engineering and service delivery teams while ensuring infrastructure security and reliability. You'll handle escalated incidents and contribute to strategic technology alignment with business goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle level 2 and escalated incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, Hyper-V, Sophos Firewalls, and hospitality solutions.
• Support Office 365, Entra ID, and Azure services.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and health checks.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years in relevant technology/engineering roles.
• Microsoft stack experience: Office 365, Exchange, SCCM, Active Directory.
• Networking knowledge: firewalls, routers, switches.
• VMware and Cybersecurity mindset.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications: MSEC, Azure/AWS, CCNP, VMCA/VMCE, Sophos Certified Architect.
• Experience with Vodia VOIP and SIP services.
• Managerial experience leading high-performing teams.
